Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value transparency and fairness in our services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for our building planning, architectural design, and budget estimation services.

1. Project Initiation & Cancellation Period

Once a project is confirmed and payment is received, the project is scheduled to begin within 7 working days.

  • If the client requests cancellation within 7 days of payment and work has not yet started, the client is eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • If the project has not been started by us within 7 days, the client may request a refund as per the terms below.

2. Refund Before Work Starts

If cancellation is requested before any work has started:

  • Full Refund will be provided if no resources, planning, or documentation work has been initiated.

  • Partial Refund may be provided if preliminary work such as consultations, data review, or project preparation has already been done.
    In such cases, an administrative and consultation fee may be deducted.

3. Refund After Work Has Started

Once the project work has started (including planning, design, drawings, or estimation):

  • No refund will be applicable for completed or ongoing work.

  • If the project is cancelled mid-way, charges will be calculated based on the work completed till the cancellation date, and the remaining balance (if any) may be refunded at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Consultation fees

  • Design work already delivered

  • Revisions already completed

  • Any customized drawings or estimates prepared specifically for the client

5. Delay Due to Client

If a project is delayed due to non-availability of required information, approvals, or responses from the client, refunds will not be applicable once the project is scheduled or initiated.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund:

  • Contact us via email or WhatsApp with project details and payment reference.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.

7. Right to Modify Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy applicable at the time of project confirmation will be considered final.

8. Final Decision

All refund and cancellation decisions will be made fairly and transparently, based on the stage of work completed. Our decision regarding refunds shall be final and binding.

We encourage clients to clarify all requirements before project confirmation to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration.
